Build Your Real Estate AI Agent is Session 1 of an ongoing series. Future sessions go deeper into specific parts of your business: lead conversion systems, negotiation preparation, transaction coordination workflows, and team-wide AI deployment.

Each session is designed to stand completely on its own. You do not need to attend in order. If you attend multiple sessions, you will leave with a more complete system than any single session delivers.

What to Bring

One current listing or a recent client scenario to work on live.
Personal writing samples: a past listing description, a client email you wrote, or any text that shows how you communicate. Even 2 or 3 examples make a significant difference in how well your agent learns your voice.
Your bio or a brief description of your market and client focus.

The Claude Requirement

This workshop is built specifically on Claude, the AI assistant made by Anthropic. Claude is not the same as ChatGPT or other AI tools, and the session is designed around a specific Claude feature called Projects.

Claude Projects is what makes a personal AI agent possible. It creates a persistent workspace that holds your Project instructions, your knowledge files, and your context file across every conversation. Without Projects, every conversation starts from scratch and the agent concept breaks down entirely.

Projects is available on Claude Pro at $20 per month. A free Claude account is not sufficient for this session.

You will receive account setup instructions by email 48 hours before the workshop. Please complete setup before you arrive so we spend the full session building, not troubleshooting logins.

Brett Schoeneck

Brett has 15 years in technology and AI implementation. He leads the live build segments of every session: he is the person in the room making sure you leave with something that works the same day, not just something you understood during the workshop.

Kiran Gopinath

Kiran spent 25 years building AI systems for businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to solo operators before turning that work into practical training for people who do not have time to be tech people. He leads the Claude content and agent architecture in this session.
